Job Description:

Coordinate and follow up around shipments and deliveries. Update and maintain project accounting budgets within ERP system. Provide required information to evaluate changes to contractual dates based on contract terms and conditions, revenue recognition requirements, internal resource requirements and customer needs. Assume a proactive and direct role for supporting profitable revenue growth (i.e. monitor and provide status of short shipments, proactively work to find alternative solutions to maintain delivery and installations schedules). Work with product/service vendors and internal functional groups to support implementations. Maintain log of tasks and the status of each task, by project, and review weekly. Receive schedule updates and input from Project Managers and Site Coordinators. Enter all new information into ERP system for planning and reporting purposes. Represent department at project planning meetings. Management of finished goods inventory and monthly report for managers evaluation. Process change orders and the associated statistical analysis. Process invoices and credits related to projects as required and within sales agreement terms and conditions. Maintenance of device history records as related to project.
