Job Summary This position requires strong Project Management skills and a thorough understanding of application and infrastructure integration. Plans, directs, and coordinates project activities to ensure that project and team objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Coordinates cross-functional projects and assumes a leadership role in shaping priorities, setting and tracking schedules, driving issue resolution, and ensuring quality Responsibilities • Work across Technology team to support projects in the following areas: o Product Development across key products o Enterprise/Network/Security Teams o Infrastructure o Application Support/ release Engineering • Understand the business fundamentals and be able to Interface with Leadership Team and Management on Technology projects • Work as a liaison within the Technology team and interface with the Business Leaders, Product Management, all Technology teams to ensure that proper scope, resource pools and key dependencies are being defined and developed. • Provides leadership, mentoring, and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle. • Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones and required tasks, providing early visibility to schedules/milestones that are at risk. • Build detail project plans and schedules for products across all Technology process. • Directs and coordinates activities for project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule
