Job Description:
The project manager normally manages multiple small projects up to 5M or single large projects up to 20M. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Manages the efficient and effective planning and execution of a project 2. Prepares the scope documents, cost estimates and schedules for projects. Develops and executes the project plan. 3. Maintains control of the project progress in accordance with the plan and for obtaining the necessary approval for project changes (i.e., cost, scope, schedule, etc.). 4. 0versees the day to day activities associated with pre-work, installation and project team member tasks 5. Accountable to the project sponsor and/or station for the overall cost, schedule and scope accomplishment of the project 6. Identifies conflicts and opportunities for improvement, resolves team issues and resolves issues with functional organizations 7. Leads team meetings 8. Clarifies project scope and deliverables. Works with several departments in order to execute project plans in a cost effective and profitable manor.
