In addition the Software Engineering Manager will manage the technical resources and technical and cost functions of full life cycle software development. Environment is in Secured Communications and Secured Data. The Software Engineering Manager will be a high level Engineer who is sharp in all elements of development; has the know how and can be hands-on if necessary but is the one who knows how to obtain, maintain, and develop resources - especially other engineers and develop teams. Requirements: BA/BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering. (MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or an MBA is highly desirable). Must have an Active Secret Clearance and be clearable to Top Secret with Special Investigations. At least 7 years experience in real-time embedded software development experience. 7 years experience managing real-time embedded software developers. Proficiency in developing in C and Assembly languages.
