Job Responsibilities Management of resources who: Generate quotations for new customer projects Develop and maintain process routings Develop product costs, material, labor, overhead Procure and manage tooling and MRO inventory Provide programming services for CNC machine tools Identify, justify, and procure capital equipment Maintain equipment and facilities. Lead process improvement projects that support MIC lean initiatives Understands cost system and cost drivers for products Some travel will be required, providing ME support for several locations as needed. Skills required Ability to lead and motivate resources. Experience in managing operational and/or support resources is a must Team spirit, winning attitude, self motivated Strong ability to communicate, both written and verbal Ability to perform under pressure and to multi-task Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications.
