Sourcing and recruiting an Architectural Project Manager to work on corporate/developer projects and tenant improvements for well-established East Valley Firm.. Easy commute from anywhere in the East Valley, this position is a great commute from areas such as Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler and Mesa: Position Requirements: Candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience working in an Commercial Architectural Firm. Exposure to different types of projects, with specific focus on retail faciilties, municipal projects, financial institutions and strip malls. Strong client programming skills, ability to run projects from conceptual design through construction administration. Ability to lead and mentor junior staff members, including designers and drafters. Outstanding ability to coordinate with other disciplines, and work collaboratively with the production department within the firm. Must be able to drive a project through to completion.
