Job Description:
You will be responsible for the development and analysis of financial data relating to monthly financial reporting, the business plan, short-term forecasts, project costing and cash flow. Manage the accounting function, including cash, accounts receivable, manufacturing cost accounting, department and project cost accounting; financial analysis and accounting staff. Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of all financial statements and reports including department and project spend; estimated cost at completion; inventory trend and other inventory analysis reports; unit volumes, sales and margin trend and all other supplemental financial reports. Responsible for the preparation for all Division forecasts and budgets; assists in establishing strategic and operating plans and objectives. Monitor operating budgets and makes specific recommendations as to cost control/containment and profit improvement. Ensure that input into all financial reports and forecasts are coordinated with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations and Customer Service. Monitor sales forecasts and backlog ensuring early warning of credit, cost and margin issues. Manages trade and unbilled accounts receivable and ensures timely collection.
