Job Summary:The Assistant Controller is responsible for developing, executing, monitoring, and/or improving effective and efficient processes for the following areas: Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for the Treasury / cash management and cash forecasting.* Monthly close and financial reporting.* Reconciliations and capital expenditure approval.* Forecasting, processing and analysis or accounts.* Responsible for budgeting and monitoring G&A expenses.* Supervises 4 people and is the primary point of contact for the annual audit. Requirements Qualifications:* BS degree in Accounting and minimum of 7 years experience preferred; CPA helpful.* Must be detail-oriented, problem-solver, and a team player in a collaborative environment.* Self-starter who can work independently and prioritize effectively.* Must have fundamental Excel skills and ability to understand complex accounting transactions.* Good organizational skills.
