Responsibilities: · Assist in the completion of the company's annual report and quarterly financial statements, including identifying and resolving accounting and reporting issues and preparation of financial statements, management discussion and analysis and footnotes · Prepare presentations and reports for Board of Directors and other meetings · Provide support for the Treasury Department during debt offerings · Assist with accounting and financial reporting-related issues involving acquisitions · Perform accounting research on issues that impact the company · Assist with special projects and analysis related to external reporting Requirements: External Reporting Management Qualifications: · 5+ years of accounting and external reporting experience, public accounting, and Big 4 experience (a plus) · Knowledge of GAAP accounting and the ability to research and formulate conclusions on new accounting and reporting issues · Strong attention to detail and analytical skills · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Proven managerial and project management skills with the ability to work independently and manage others · Accounting degree with CPA (preferred)
