Description General responsibilties: Controller is responsible for organizing, directing and staffing the Finance department in a manner commensurate with the scope of service offered. Manages resources to achieve established budgets and goals. Ensures balance sheet and income statement accuracy ensures that strong internal control structures are established and followed. Assures a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Must have 3 years healthcare finance experience (preferably for-profit) and a BA/SA in Accounting/Finance. Must have strong interpersonal skills and a strong knowledge of financial analysis, internal audit, reimbursement and operations improvement. Physical demands: Some lifting and carrying required. Ability to manage stress appropriately and handle multiple priorities. Manual dexterity required along with advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, other Microsoft Office products).
