Office Manager / Assistant Controller - Healthcare Food Service - Tewksbury, MA Description As the Office Manager / Assistant Controller for ARAMARK Healthcare at a hospital located in Tewksbury, MA you will be responsible for the supervision of general office functions & some controller / accounts payable related functions. Primary responsibilities: * Provides secretarial/clerical support for department by typing, data entry, transcription and the maintenance of filing systems. * Responsible for the accurate reporting and input of employees time records. * Responsible for either doing or assisting in accounting functions - payroll, accounts payable, invoicing and monthly flash report. * Responsible for opening, sorting and distributing component mail. * Provides information and directions by greeting guests and visitors and routing or escorting visitors to specific locations. * Documents and relays customer and vendor inquiries, telephone calls and requests for services by communicating them to the proper persons. * Responsible for management meeting arrangements, preparing agendas, making appointments and keeping the appointment calendar. * Provides management support by photocopying and distributing documents.
