Job Description:

Maintain supporting documentation and explanation of all major transactions Tax Compliance/Financial Reporting • Review foreign tax returns and coordinate with local tax advisors. • Maintain a current foreign tax calendar. • Coordinate closely with Tax Compliance group to ensure proper U.S. tax reporting. • FAS 109 reporting. • Comply with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements. • Responsible for Corporate tax governance for all holding company structures. Tax Audits • Help manage foreign tax audits and coordinate with local tax advisors. • Assist with international issues of U.S. income tax audits by providing tax research and helping to defend company transactions that are challenged. Tax Administration • Develop annual goals and review progress regularly with the VP of Tax and the Director of International Tax. • Help manage tax consultants and control fees. • Attend relevant training programs.
