Job Description:
This opportunity is for a Contractor to provide support in Project Design and Construction in-house design service by performing architectural, interior design, and drafting services for renovations, repairs and construction.
The candidate in this role is expected to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and produce a high volume of quality design work including biddable design documents, presentation drawings, and selections of interior finishes. It is a requirement for this candidate to have experience detailing millwork in addition to architectural interior construction detailing. It is expected that this candidate has experience managing clients, engineering consultants, and coordinating the overall architectural and engineering design process from schematic design through construction drawings and documents.

Job Requirements:
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- BS or BA in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Design or the equivalent is preferred
- 5 or more years relevant design experience
- MUST have working knowledge of NYS codes and ADAAG/ANSI design implications
- MUST be competent in using spreadsheet, scheduling and work processing and database access software
- MUST have extensive experience capably producing design drawings and documents utilizing CADD.
- Microstation, AutoCAD, and Google Sketch-Up experience preferred
