The finance functions include a total of 2 direct and 2 indirect reports. Sr. Finance Manager is responsible for: The accurate budgeting and reporting of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flows for the Departments of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rheumatology, Allergy and Immunology. Oversight of billing relationship with vendors and monitoring of collections. Working with individual services and physicians to analyze profit and loss statements and improve performance at an individual practice level. The proper preparation of physician compensation and allocation models; Measures operational performance of the individual departments and identifies opportunities and assists in the implementation of any enhancements. Internal control processes. Coordinates and manages financial information between BWPO budget and finance, as well as finance. Coordinating financial planning and analyses for program and business development activities, both clinical and research. Coordinating finance team to accomplish the above. f the BWPO. 4.Develop physician and site level budgets based on overall plans of the organization. Develop the expense allocation methodology. 5.Perform accounting activities in conjunction with BWPO and BWH finance departments to ensure accurate monthly application of revenue and expense. Complete, as needed, all transactions to ensure appropriate physician compensation. 6.Develop business plans and financial impact analysis for new programs, change in physicians, staff, etc. Identifies risks and opportunities, understanding base assumptions for strategic growth of the departments. 7.Responsible for comparative analysis for department and physician level over a multi year plan. 8.
