Job Description:
This person will develop, plan, coordinate and manage all health, safety and environmental programs and their associated day to day functions. They will ensure that the company is in compliance with all standards associated with OSHA and MIOSHA. They will conduct safety inspections, accident investigations, safety training and ensure continued ISO 14001 certification along with compliance with applicable company policies, local, state and federal regulations. Should have Bachelors degree or four to six years of experience. Also experience with Workers Compensation in manufacturing, case management, insurance carrier and documentation management needed as well as experience with health related issues and environmental issues in manufacturing.
