Job Description:
Prepare design packages including technical design reports, engineering calculations, design plans and details, technical specifications, contract documents, cost estimates, project work plans, and other required documentation.As needed, assist with construction oversight, QA/QC, start-up, and operation of new remedial treatment systems.Assisting with engineering post-construction documentation including Record Drawings, Completion of Work Reports, Operation & Maintenance Manuals, and Operation & Maintenance Plans.Organize and deploy staff according to project requirementsEnsure proper coordination and achievement of project administration from initial authorization through closure, including proposal preparation, project accounting set-up, work authorization, billing, records administration (both paper and electronic), collection and project closureEstablish and maintain positive and effective client relationships to ensure continued project support, renewed and expanded work orders, and a stable and increasing backlogDevelop project budget and establish mechanisms to control expenditures and utilize resources to ensure budgetary complianceAccountable for analyzing project objectives and requirements and for formulating effective project plans to complete work on time and within budget Qualifications: Minimum of BS in EngineeringMinimum 7 years experience in increasingly responsible technical positions including project management experienceIn-depth knowledge of soil and groundwater remedial alternatives, data reduction, and technical report preparationEnthusiastic and self-motivated, with ability to work independently and in a team. Strong writing skills and familiar with MS Office application software,
