Job Description:
Works with other members of Human Resources in developing, driving and delivering HR programs and activities within the organizations, such as compensation initiatives, (i.e., focal review and promotions, MBO bonus recommendations/rollup, stock and spot bonus delivery and ESMS), introduction of key benefits programs, etc. GÇó Consults with management on organization and employee effectiveness. Provides day-to-day guidance, coaching and counseling support, and general information. Works with managers and employees on performance and/or conflict matters. GÇó Drives change management activities in organization and assists in ensuring that strategy, systems, structure, skills, staff, style and values are aligned. Assists in developing communication plans and can be the primary GÇ£go toGÇ¥ for communication efforts. GÇó Works with other HR members on HR services in order to provide appropriate solutions to meet the human resource needs that develop from the business activities of the organization (e.g., strategic training or staffing interventions to strengthen core competencies). GÇó Contributes to the overall establishment of the Human Resources departmentGÇàs strategies and plans. Is actively engaged in the functional strategic decisions involving the efficient use of human resources. Serves as a primary communication link between HR and organization GÇó Participates in appropriate business meetings and contributes to the strategic and tactical planning process of the organization. Anticipates and diagnoses basic issues and problems, and presents them with alternative solutions to management for guidance or resolution. Coach/Counsel employees and managers in the area of employee relations.
