The best qualified candidates for this job must show in their resume that they meet the minimum qualifications described below and have experience in the following areas: 1.) Knowledge of developing, preparing, coordinating, and conducting resident training. 2.) Basic knowledge, skills, and employment capabilities/limitations of an SF Engineer Sergeant. 2.) Knowledge of performing static line airborne operations as a jumpmaster, safety, or drop zone safety officer, in support of field training exercises. The experience described in your resume will be evaluated and screened for the Office of Personnel Management's basic qualifications requirements, and the skills needed to perform the duties of this position as described in this vacancy announcement. Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must meet the Time in Grade Restriction. Must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade (or equivalent). Only degrees from an accredited college or university recognized by the Department of Education are acceptable to meet positive education requirements or to substitute education for experience.
