Job Description:
Program seeks a creative and motivated individual for the position of site director for both the Sacramento Street Preschool and the Agassiz Afterschool Kindergarten program. The site director is responsible for managing staff, children\'s attendance, safety procedures, and the facility. Other responsibilities include: assisting staff with creating curriculum, leading activities, and meetings. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor\'s degree in Early Childhood Education and 3- 5 years experience working with children in an early education setting. Skills needed: curriculum development, excellent communication, particularly with parents, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic child-centered work place.
