This director will provide leadership in all aspects of a dynamic Residential Life Department. Responsible for overall management of a 3,300 bed residence hall system and a 400-unit family apartment operation employing over 50 full-time staff and more than 100 student staff; provide supervision of an $8 million department budget. Minimum Qualifications: M.S. in Education or Student Personnel/Affairs, Guidance or Counseling, or related field. Minimum of 10 years full-time professional experience in Residential Life including extensive mid-level leadership and supervisory experience; must have excellent communication and team leading skills; the ability to manage multiple projects; prior administrative experience including staff supervision, budget direction, and strategic plan implementation and evaluation.
