ETS Research & Development has two immediate openings for Research Center Directors to provide leadership to a large Statistical Analysis unit responsible for the technical support of K-12 Assessments and College Board Assessment programs. In this role, you will: Manage the day-to-day activity of the Analysis unit Support and facilitate the development of psychometric research efforts and research programs within area Conduct independent research and consulting Work with Psychometric and Data Analyst Managers to set goals and schedules for the Analysis unit and ensure they are met Engage in business development activities, including planning, scoping and capturing new business through RFP/proposal process and/or maintaining relationships with clients to maintain the positions In consultation with the Group Executive Director, monitor the effectiveness of area organizational structure, participating in the modification of that structure as necessary to meet research and consulting commitments Serve as expert consultant to Research staff, clients, senior ETS management and programs Monitor, measure, and assess overall effectiveness of work processes and products Prepare budgets and approve expenditures against established budgets.
