Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Concessions Manager to manage school district concession stand service operations at designated campus sites. Responsibilities include staffing, food production, customer service, financial reporting, purchasing decisions, daily customer sales and collections. Supervision includes ensuring concession stands maintain school district and company standards for food quality and production, complying with industry food safety and sanitation practices, maintaining systems and procedures for the ordering, receiving, storing, preparing, serving and payment of food and related products within a specific food production and service area and compliance with local health department standards. Authority includes decisions regarding employee selection, promotion, and development. This position may perform or participate in corrective action, investigations, changes in status and separations as needed.
