This position is an exciting opportunity to work with the product development and operational teams, faculty, collegiate institutions, and field sales and marketing representatives in the development of ongoing and emerging curriculum projects used to prepare doctors and other allied health professionals for their respective professional licensing exams. The Director of Medical Curriculum will lead the initiation or revisions of book and multimedi a products designed to meet the diverse learning needs of Kaplan Medicals students, through an integrated system of curriculum, instruction, and assessment.Position Requirements* Medical degree * Record of academic excellence * Up to date on medical licensing process and exams * Project management experience * Familiarity with medical publishing preferredSkill Requirements:* Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills * Strong research and software skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative * Strong organizational and prioritization skills, as well as meticulous attention to details * Aptitude for leadership and building effective relationships * Must be detail oriented with dependable follow-up skills * Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environmentPosition Responsibilities:* Refine product strategy, prioritize projects, and lead the maintenance and creation of online, print, and live curricul a in regards to examination requirements * Work with faculty and staff to develop, maintain, and revise all aspects of curriculum based on systematic review and analysis *
