Job Description: George Group Deployment Advisors (DAs) are responsible for coordinating and providing leadership for the client's process improvement initiatives, including developing strategy, policies, objectives, plans, organizations and procedures focused on integrating Lean Six Sigma into the client organization. S/he ensures that the Lean Six Sigma efforts meet the established guidelines, criteria and metrics. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, a high degree of creativity, ability to develop intellectual capital and professional ethics. S/he must be a team player and have strong lateral management and persuasive skills. Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on the design and deployment of LSS CPI programs at Echelon II level Commands or multiple lower level Commands Providing day-to-day management and leadership for one or more site-level task orders Reporting directly to Program Managers, Project Managers, and higher level Deployment Advisors on status of assigned task order activities. Coordinating and directing the activities of assigned consultants and providing direct consulting support and expertise to clients, including support required for the resolution of task order issues, quality control of deliverables, and the presentation of task order findings and results to client management. Examining go to market business strategies and tactics working with senior management; successfully maintaining high-level client relationships and meeting/exceeding client expectations. Identifying and developing value-added service opportunities.
