Production Supervisora global manufacturer of automotive and aerospace products, and a provider of industrial services. As a Production Supervisor , you will be responsible for the direction and coordination of production operations using lean manufacturing principles. You will be required to monitor and measure product quality, workmanship, methods and processes to meet company plans, and ensure consistent workflow to achieve production schedules. Production Supervisor's are responsible for maintaining and supporting a safe work environment for all employees.Production Supervisor's are required to utilize skills, knowledge, abilities, experience, staff hours, machines, and tools to most economical advantage. Production Supervisor's are responsible for the administration of company and government policies/laws in accordance with employee's actions such as: hiring, layoffs, terminations, transfers, disciplinary actions, etc...Qualified candidates should have one to three years of experience in a manufacturing environment, automotive experience is a plus. Requires a Bachelor's degree with a practicing knowledge of the lean manufacturing principles.
