Job Description:
Will ensure the efficient operation of the manufacturing floor; coordinate production activities with other departments; hire, train, motivate, and counsel assigned employees; communicate sales and labor goals; achieve operational-specific performance targets (quality, yield, accuracy, 5S); embrace accountability for the achievement of the organization's established performance commitments (customer satisfaction, product lead time, inventory turns, return on sales); and develop and implement continual process improvements. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, results-driven manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience, be highly motivated, and possess general knowledge of manufacturing procedures, quality control, and problem-solving techniques including Kaizen. Also requires excellent communications and MS Office skills.
