Prepares and Presents internal & external formal presentations and briefings related to Operations role in a specific program under the guidance/direction of the Program Manager Prepares inputs for and retains responsibility for updating all internal & external operations P3E master schedules, LOB reports, manufacturing completion schedules, etc Serves as the Cost Account Manager for Operations on all EVMS programs and is responsible for preparing/submitting Operations EAC/ETC reports/status to Financial Planning & Program Management on all their respective program(s) Shares the responsibility (with shop floor supervision and operations executive management) of maintaining an adequate level (skill levels & headcounts) of personnel to perform his respective programs efficiently Prepares and presents to functional & program management; shop floor efficiency reports, operations metrics, shop floor layouts, etc for their respective programs Maintains a ready knowledge of shop floor product status and reports same as the operations focal point in all customer and Program Management Meetings Supports Marketing & Program Management in all New Business pursuits related to their respective product line providing a ready knowledge of existing shop capabilities and past performance data Reports to the Program Manager(s) of his respective program and also functionally to Operations Senior Management and/or Director/Manager Production Program Management.
