Candidates must have a BS in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in design and engineering of mobile construction equipment. Candidates must be able to manage multiple small projects, including schedules, costs, etc with limited scope, and communicate progress with supervisor. Candidates must also be able to Develop and perform basic Stress/ System calculations using Division CAE and also implement design improvements and cost reductions across the entire product line.
