Job Description:
This includes the supervision of the capital program staff including Project Coordinators, Inspectors, and Project Engineers. This position requires a Bachelors Degree in civil, mechanical, electrical or environmental engineering AND registration as a professional engineer OR Bachelors Degree in construction management or closely related field AND project management certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or the American Academy of Project Management (AAPM). No less than 4 years of relevant experience in managing public works and/or public utility projects. At least two years of relevant supervisory experience. Knowledge of and experience using project management software (particularly Primavera and MS Project) preferred.Experience with the JD Edwards accounting software package a plus.
