Job Description: This position reports to the Director of Sales.The Revenue Manager is responsible for developing strategies and systems to maximize room revenue for the property. Oversees both the Reservations and Sales systems, forecasting, establishing transient rates, setting group ceilings and target rates, and catering minimums and space release procedures/policies. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years revenue management experience at a hotel property. The best qualified candidate will have a solid background in the following areas: *Forecasting *Yield Management *Rate Integrity *Market Demand Trends Candidates with experience in hotel Sales, Reservations, and/or the Front Office, and a desire to learn Revenue Management, will be considered. Previous hotel revenue manager experience is preferred.The candidate must also have the following:Self starter with strong organization skillsExcellent time management skillsKnowledge of the Hilton Family of Brands systems such as OnQ and Revenue Management software preferred.If you possess the above qualifications and would like to work for a dynamic organization.
