Job Description: Responsibilities include: 1. All of the responsibilities associated with running and managing daily operations of a hotel 2. Managing the hotel's upgrade project planned for 2008-2009 (engineering/construction experience highly appreciated) 3. Managing the Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance Departments to ensure a high quality product and service level is delivered to our guests4. Communicate with guests concerning requests, inquiries, and any potential issues/conflicts5. Assist in overseeing the purchase of cleaning, inventory, and guestroom supplies6. Scheduling to ensure that all staff shifts are adequately covered to ensure normal business flow and customer satisfaction7. Enforcement of all Policy and Procedures to meet company standards 8. Participate in the bi-monthly meetings in the corporate office in San Francisco Experience: Skills needed: 1. Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperation with a minimum amount of supervision2. Ability to effectively communicate with internal / external customers, collect information and resolve conflicts3. Solid problem-solving and project management skills
