Executive Chef position in a hotel, resort, catering company, or university dining operation and have the right background, along with the desire to move into the front of the house as a multi-unit manager, you may have the experience we're looking for. This position is responsible for overseeing several dining outlets to ensure exceptional quality of daily operations. You will have responsibility for managing all personnel (including several chefs and related staff) in several outlets while maintaining a positive and professional presence at all times with guests, clients, staff members and upper management.Your superior culinary and organizational skills will enable you to successfully and simultaneously handle several dining outlets, individual special requests, and multiple catering events, always providing the highest quality food and service.If you are interested in more information, please e-mail your resume as a Experience: * You must be proactive and a hands-on manager with high degree of organizational skills.* You have the ability to train and motivate your staff of 50+ to provide the highest quality in product and guest service at all times. * You must have a culinary degree and at least 5 years of hands-on operational experience as an Executive Chef in an environment demanding the highest quality. * You have multiple outlet supervisory experience. * You have catering and banquet experience. * You are used to, and thrive in a high volume and pressured environment with very high expectations for consistent quality performance.* You are diplomatic and possess a high degree of oral and written communication.*
