Job Description:
Responsibilities include: training, motivating, directing and evaluating the team; and ensuring that we have clean, well run hotel. Duties / responsibilities include: 1. All of the responsibilities associated with running and managing daily operations of a 200-room hotel (engineering experience highly appreciated) and conference/banquet facilities 2. Managing the Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance Departments to ensure a high quality product and service level is delivered to our guests3. Communicate with guests concerning requests, inquiries, and any potential issues/conflicts4. Assist in overseeing the purchase of cleaning, inventory, and guestroom supplies5. Scheduling to ensure that all staff shifts are adequately covered to ensure normal business flow and customer satisfaction6. Enforcement of all Policy and Procedures to meet company standards 7. Participate in the bi-monthly meetings in the corporate office in San Francisco Experience: Skills needed: 1. Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperation with a minimum amount of supervision2. Ability to effectively communicate with internal / external customers, collect information and resolve conflicts3. Solid problem-solving and project management skills 4. Excellent communication and leadership skills5. Works well under pressure and in a fast pace environment6. Excellent follow up skills & attention to detail with a 'hands on' approach7. Computer experience should include a strong working knowledge of various productivity software programs such as MS Word and Excel.
