Job Description:
Bachelor's degree directly related to this occupation and 1 year of experience directly related to this occupation equivalent to the next lower grade level. To qualify, applicants must possess at least 1 year of specialized experience at the next lower pay band. Specialized experience is defined as experience in plans, coordinates and administers A-E contracts for surveying and construction inspection; contract administration and construction management functions associated with construction work; Provides necessary layout control and inspection of all phases of assigned construction, including equipment, materials, and workmanship. The experience described in your resume will be evaluated and screened for the Office of Personnel Management's basic qualifications requirements, and the skills needed to perform the duties of this position as described in this vacancy announcement. Your pay will be set within the range specified in this vacancy announcement and will be based on your qualification, education, experience, training, and availability of funds.
