Will coordinate all departmental personnel, equipment and technical experts required to complete the assigned projects. A working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet; analytical and problem solving ability; demonstrated written and verbal communications skills; and demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate projects. BS in Civil Engineering or related engineering field required.
