More specifically this individual will be developing, in conjunction with key advisors, a strong relationship with the corporations investor base, including the ratings agencies, and to assist this group by becoming the central point of contact for investor-related communication, developing a robust understanding of the markets in which the corporation operates and being able to communicate and respond rapidly and with clarity to investor concerns on financial and industry matters and developing strong ties with the corporations Financial Planning & Analysis function to ensure that visibility of key issues is developed. This candidate should have 15 plus years experience with steadying progression, exposure to SECOND filings, 10 plus years investor relations, the ability to own and grow a developing team.
