JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: > Manage monthly booking process for the various agency compensation programs > Review and manage monthly results related to various compensation programs > Reconcile and control key agency financial data sources to ensure accurate MI reporting > Ability to work with and enhance relationships with the various finance areas across the company > Maintain and enhance key agency data including Fixed, Value-Based payments and broker coding relationships > Support various ad-hoc management requests for agency performance and compensation results > Periodic overtime as deadlines approach.
