Job Description:
The ideal candidate must have Project Management skills, including Microsoft Project experience, knowledge of structural analysis of mild steel, knowledge of welding equipment and processes, knowledge of hydraulic systems and components, knowledge of drive components and application, knowledge of environmental and regulatory compliance, and LEAN manufacturing and TPM experience. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, AutoCAD experience, knowledge of fabrication and machine shop processes and equipment, equipment design experience, must be familiar with Preventive Maintenance Systems, MTBR, and MTTR experience. Some travel may be involved, domestic and international. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal, must be able to work independently, be self-motivated, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities, and computer literate.
