Job Description:
This is a key position in the company and reports directly to the President. You need a BS degree in Engineering and 15-25+ years of experience managing an engineering & project execution function in a medium to large size company. You must have specific engineering & project management experience related to Refining and/or Gas Processing EPC projects. You will lead a team of Process Engineers, Proposal Managers, Sales Managers, Principal Engineers, & other staff and will be responsible for the profit & loss of this business unit. You will be responsible for business development, proposal generation, engineering, & project execution for these Refining & Gas Processing plant projects. Specific experience working for a company like Bechtel, Fluor, KBR, Aker, or a similar large EPC firm that is involved with designing & constructing Refining & Gas Processing plants is needed. If you do not have experience with an EPC company, our client will consider candidates that have similar experience but working for a Refining and/or Gas Processing operating company.
