Duties include developing budgets and approve expenditures for supplies and materials; review operations and confer with staff to resolve production or processing problems. Prepare and maintain production reports. Review costing on all project jobs. Perform other duties as may be assigned. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is required. Must have Industrial management experience. Must have technology background with trouble shooting capabilities. Must be able to organize work flow, delegate work and schedule personnel. Good computer, people and communications skills required. Mining experience is helpful. Mechanic welding and fabrication experience a plus.
