This position will have 5 Senior Property Accountants reporting into it.The ideal candidate will have large/multi i property management experience in the Residential and/or Commercial property areas. Duties to include; Co-ordinate with independent auditors, coordinate interim review procedures and final audits; Conduct preparation of US GAAP and US Tax basis financial statements and projections as required; Prepare financial statements with footnotes. Establish cash management accounts for new acquisitions. Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports to investors.
