Want to become a member of our professional team and work for the largest senior living provider in the United States Consider joining our team at one of our Brookdale Senior Living Corporate Offices located in Milwaukee WI Summary:Supervises, administers and performs operations of the accounts payable department involved in the processing and payment of invoices on a daily basis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Implements and supports procedures within the department to facilitate efficient and accurate processing of invoices and payments. 2. Assists in developing, recommending and implementing systems and procedural changes to improve the department. 3. Oversees accounts payable functions, including feeder files, recurring invoices and 1099 processing. 4. Manages and resolves conflicts between accounts payable associates and with internal and external customers. 5. Researches and resolves complex past due balance issues. 6. Maintains the accuracy and integrity of accounts payable data and ensures deadlines are met. 7. Participates in hiring and scheduling accounts payable associates and evaluating performance. 8. Conducts training sessions for community operations and accounts payable staff as necessary. 9. Responsible for the professional and management development of department staff. 10. Determines and monitors goals and deadlines for assigned staff. Reviews workload and reassigns as necessary. Brookdale Senior Living Inc.
