Parker & Lynch is working with an incredible Real Estate organization who is growing at a very fast pace, and is looking for very dynamic individual to come on board as a Financial Reporting Manager. We are looking for someone with a solid background in both internal & external reporting, very knowledge with GAAP accordance, and working with all levels of Executive management This person will need to have some experience at a manager level, enjoy challenge, and looking for a great opportunity for advancement & exposure. This person will be involved in a hands on role in the following activities: Provide timely, accurate and reliable reporting for annual and quarterly SEC filing requirements, including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, footnotes and Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A); ensure compliance with SEC regulations and US GAAP standards. Direct the annual audit and quarterly reviews including timely and satisfactorily addressing external auditor informational needs and requests. Propose, prepare and administer all Corporate driven financial policies and procedures Direct accounting activities related to purchase accounting, evaluation of impairment of goodwill and intangibles, accounting for stock option plans, multi-currency conversions and translation, translation gain/loss calculations, defined benefit pension/OPEB accounting and derivatives accounting. Perform all accounting research in order to update senior management on the impact of changes in US GAAP and accounting regulations.
