Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Manage the day to day and the strategic development and executional implementation of assigned brand, while achieving cross-functional organizational support. Leads product development, new packaging, branding, pricing, communications, advertising, consumer promotions, and merchandising of the brand, as well as work with supply chain on inventory levels/planning, and provide business reporting and analysis on the brand. - Participate in the development of the one year marketing strategy. Manage the execution of the promotion process. - Day to Day management of brand business issues. Lead more in-depth analysis of key business drivers providing forward looking strategic insights and action plans. - Lead cross-functional teams in the development of line extensions, product improvements and new product development.
