Responsibilities: Marketplace Performance is to spearhead div efforts that will maximize company's return on investment in marketplace/syndicated data & improve company's ability to respond effectively to the marketplace. Critical to providing reliable and timely data on in-market sales performance for all brands and company in total in an increasingly fragmented retail environment. Deterring and championing best practices in the analysis and interpretation of the data so that the company can more effectvely prioritize activities across marketing, sales and manufacturing. Ensuring marketplace measurement resources, particularly those of the primary syndicated supplier, are deployed most effectvely against company's priorities/opportunities. Requirements: A BS/BA degree is required. 12+ years of progressively responsible exp managing Syndicated marketing Research with 6 years of on the client side and some background working with a syndicated supplier (IRI, ACNielsen/IMS). CPG with experience working on both marketing and sales. Experience/familiarity with household panel data. Strong knowledge of Research design and statistics. Strategic thinking skills, particularly in area of problem solving & developing strategic vision. Able to manage/prioritize multiple projects. Strong leadership skills. Must be highly analytical, possess strong interpersonal skills including influencing, negotiation & teamwork skills. Must have solid communication skills. Job ID: 5541.
