Responsibilities: - Managing and developing the manufacturing forecast for both businesses. - Tracking the P&L budget items specifically A&P spending - New product launches. - Acting as the Marketing representative on project teams (i.e. internet, forecast, new product launch). - Managing launch timelines. - Developing package graphics. - Conducting market research. - Developing and implementing all consumer promotions: -Developing creative for FSI's, sampling programs, rebate offer. - Creating and implementing professional sampling programs. - Analyzing retail share performance on a monthly basis. - Preparing selling materials for the base business and new product launches. Reports to: Senior Brand Manager. Requirements: - An MBA degree is preferred. - 1 year of brand marketing experience preferably with a consumer packaged goods company resulting in a broad understanding of brand management principles. - Experience in working with and managing agencies, media planning, developing future brand plans, managing budgets, conducting business and market place analysis and developing creative briefs. - Demonstrate strategic and creative problem solving skills, strong analytical skills, and leadership skills particularly of cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, market research data sources and applications is required.
