Job Description:
Ensures & oversees an effective resident relations program to encourage a high level of cooperation & to integrate residents into the community. Develops & implements housing related procedures & instructions, resolves a variety of disputes between residents & management. The incumbent promotes effective working relationships with a variety of community organizations, realtors, landlords, & local government to provide essential information on basic allowance for housing (BAH) survey & market analysis. Plans, prioritizes, schedules, & assigns work to the staff, directly or through subordinate supervisors.
