You have a technical mind, and have worked in web-based or consumer software customer support before, and know that you will be able to quickly learn all of the technical aspects of the company's software. You also have at least two years experience with a CRM software (RightNow experience is ideal), and are great at sharing the CRM feedback with product development teams.Equally important, you're smart, have fantastic communication skills, and thrive in the dynamic and often ambiguous environment of a fast-growing startup. Knowledge of photography, photo-editing tools, and the publishing industry is a big plus as well
