Call Center Manager - 1 opening Direct operations and continuous development of the PACCAR Call Center. Manage to improve established productivity, financial and performance metrics while fostering a climate of continuous improvement. Oversee implementation of improvements in processes, systems and personnel development. Coordinate Call Center activities with other divisions to provide maximum benefit to PACCAR and its retail customers. SKILLS REQUIRED: Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills; including the demonstrated ability to present to Senior Management and company executives. Demonstrated abilities in leadership, problem solving and change management. Ability to manage technical projects and system enhancements. Proven ability to manage personnel in a fast paced environment. Ability to promote and influence a positive working environment.
