Job Description:

Responsible for monitoring, supervising, and guiding the residents in their daily routine. Provides a healthy, therapeutic and safe environment for residents and their children in their direct care. Ensure safety of residents while transporting to and from appointments as needed. Participates in mandatory training, in-service, and meetings. Qualifications: BA in Social Sciences preferred or related field and/or 2-4 years mental health/residential treatment experience, good verbal and written communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Must possess and maintain a valid California Driver's License and a clean driving record and must provide proof of current vehicle insurance upon employment.
